An extension on an existing 1920's bungalow adding a new living space to the rear and internal reconfiguration of the existing. We wanted to embrase the details of the existing home and create a complementary language in the new addition while still keeping it modern. Drawing inspiration from the huia bird creating texture and colours throughout the home .
